- Robert Falls, PhD, RPBio - Chief Executive Officer and Director. Robert is a resource management scientist with an academic history in photosynthesis and carbon sequestration, and a business background in the energy and environment industries. Robert has a strong history in the field of climate change, developing and managing projects in China and domestically for corporate clients. He founded & chaired the Greenhouse Emissions Management Consortium (Gemco), and the Sustainable Development Council for Canada's largest integrated gas company. In 2004, Robert was appointed an Adjunct Professor at the University of British Columbia's Institute for Resources, Environment, and Sustainability, and is a Senior Advisor to the GLOBE Foundation of Canada.
- Bart Simmons, BSc, MEng - Chief Operating Officer and Director Bart brings over 30 years of experience in restoring temperate forest ecosystems in British Columbia. He has become a recognized expert in forest regeneration, restoration of riparian ecosystems, urban watershed restoration, biodiversity enhancement, wetland creation and bioengineering in BC. Bart has implemented riparian restoration projects on 15 watersheds within coastal BC as well as prescriptions on over 40 watersheds throughout BC. Mr. Simmons has been involved in over 50 ecosystem restoration projects in urban watersheds, mostly in the Lower Mainland, and has overseen the planting of over 100 million trees.
- Stuart McNeill CGA, CMC, MBA – Director. Mr. McNeill has worked with Coopers and Lybrand, founded Curaflo Technologies, was the former President of CIPAR Inc. ("CIPAR"), a Director of Cohesant Technologies Inc., the parent of CIPAR, and the CEO of Polaroid Digital Solutions, Inc. Mr. McNeill is currently the CEO of Lions Bay Media Inc.
- Duncan J. Manson BA, LLB - Director and Corporate Secretary. Called to the Bar in 1980, Duncan has been practicing law in the areas of Employment and Labour, Environmental, Litigation, Restructuring and Insolvency, Wills and Estates, Professional Negligence and Family Law. Mr. Manson currently resides at Owen Bird Law Corporation in the Vancouver office.
- Graham Harris BA – Director. Graham is a former Senior Vice President and Director at Canaccord Capital Corporation and Yorkton Securities. With over 20 years of experience in the finance industry, Mr. Harris has raised in excess of $50 million for public and private companies. He currently sits as Chairman, CEO and Director at Tribune Resources Corp and Chairman and Director at ATW Gold in Vancouver, BC.
- Holger Mayer – Director. Holger Mayer is Director of Finance, Human Resources and Sales for the German utility company HSE AG. Its subsidiary, ENTEGA, is one of Germany’s largest suppliers of green power and has developed a trademark of being a carbon neutral company. As director of the Forest Carbon Group Holger is responsible for the financial and legal aspects of project development. He studied Law in Tübingen and Stuttgart, as well as Business Administration at the Berufsakademie Stuttgart.
